CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors an extension of one year (January 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018) for the existing state and federal advocacy contracts with Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP and Alcalde & Fay.

ACCEPT the report on the status of state legislation of interest to Contra Costa County and provide direction to staff, as needed.
