RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/519, approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of San Pablo Dam Road between El Portal Drive and Appian Way, on September 18, 2016 from 6:00 a.m. through 7:00 p.m., for the purpose of El Sobrante Stroll, El Sobrante area. (District I)

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
