1. Introductions
             
2. Public comment on any item under the jurisdiction of the Committee and not on this agenda (speakers may be limited to three minutes).
             
3. REVIEW and ACCEPT the Record of Action from the June 22, 2015 meeting.
  Supervisor Gioia accepted the Record of Action as presented.

4. RECOMMEND the Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability recommend that the Board of Supervisors adopt local amendments to the 2013 California Green Building Standards Code requirements for electric vehicle supply equipment.
  Supervisor Gioia directed staff to send the item to the Board of Supervisors for Discussion, as amended to provide more specificity as to non-residential construction requirements.

5. ACCEPT the report on the status of the CAP; and PROVIDE comments on the CAP and additional direction to staff as necessary.

  Supervisor Gioia requested that a map of disadvantaged communities be included and that staff be clear about the Base Year being 2005. Staff indicated this item would go to the Board of Supervisors in November for an update on the status of the Climate Action Plan.

6. The next meeting is not currently scheduled.  This Committee is an Ad Hoc Committee and, as such, does not have a regular meeting schedule.
             
7. Adjourn

The Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Ad Hoc Committee on Sustainability less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, 10th floor, during normal business hours.
Public comment may be submitted via electronic mail on agenda items at least one full work day prior to the published meeting time.
