Referral History:

In January of 2015 several businesses along John Glenn Drive at Buchanan Field experienced wire and metal thefts likely stolen for their recycle value. Airport staff brought airport businesses and Sheriff together to develop and implement several mitigation measures. Airport staff immediately increased random night time patrols, using overtime shifts, at both Buchanan Field and Byron Airports. Airport staff continues to evaluate additional security options (including staffing, equipment and technology).
