RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Auditor-Controller to issue a refund of overpayment of documentary transfer tax totaling $990 to Trevor D. Tapscott.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The recommendation will result in a reduction of $990 to the County General Fund from the 2021-2022 fiscal year.

The County Clerk-Recorder collected payment of documentary transfer tax that the customer erroneously stated in the amount listed below:
