Dale Holly: Property claim for lost cell phone in an undisclosed amount.
Christopher Dwayne Slaughter: Personal injury claim for failure to treat back injury in the amount of $200,000.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Not acting on the claims could extend the claimants’ time limits to file actions against the County.
