RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/208 accepting completion of trail improvements for road acceptance RA06-01230 (cross-reference subdivision SD04-08856) for a project developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the trail improvements per Condition of Approval No. 187 of subdivision SD04-08856, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of trail improvements will not be accepted.
