RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Fiscal Year 2019/20 Appropriation and Revenue Adjustment No.005086 and AUTHORIZE new revenue in Special District CSA R-4 Moraga, Fund 275100, for property tax and assessment fees in the amount of $1,115, as recommended by the Public Works Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This action provides additional appropriations from unanticipated realized revenues in Special District Funds and budgets for expenditures for Fiscal Year 2019/20 (100% CSA R-4 Moraga).

BACKGROUND:

This action appropriates unanticipated Fiscal Year 2019/20 revenue and provides adjustments to Special District CSA R-4 Moraga Fund for estimated expenditures.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If not approved, expenditures will exceed current budgets in Special District CSA R-4 Moraga Fund.
