RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/290 approving the Agreement for Improvement Warranty for subdivision SD08-09036 (Right-of-Way Landscaping), for a project being developed by Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD08-09036 (Right-of-Way Landscaping) and has determined that all conditions of approval have been satisfied.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Agreement for Improvement Warranty will not be approved.
