RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/287 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of 2nd Street between Parker Avenue and John Street, on August 19, 2017 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of a community block party, Rodeo area. (District V)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
