Referral History:

In the past twelve months the HOO committee was canceled 6 out of 10 times. This does not include December 2015 and January 2016 as the meetings are typically not held. Due to the infrequency of the meetings, it was suggested that the committee discuss the issue and decide if the meetings should be held bi-monthly or quarterly.

Referral Update:

Since the first of the year, 50% of the meetings were canceled. Most recently the June and July meetings were canceled, Given this, it would be productive to consider meeting bi-monthly or quarterly.

Recommendation(s)/Next Step(s):

CONSIDER adopting a bi-monthly or quarterly meeting schedule of the Hiring Outreach Oversight Committee to allow more time to research and develop reports for presentation to the Committee.
