RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/500 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Coverntry Road between Berkeley Park Boulevard and Ocean View Avenue, on September 5, 2016 from 12:00 p.m. through 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of a neighborhood block party, Kensington area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
