RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/491 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of 2nd Street between Parker Avenue and John Street, on August 13, 2016 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., for the purpose of Stop the Violence/Back to School block party, Rodeo area. BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.
