5.   CONSIDER approving recommendation from the Fish & Wildlife Committee for the supplemental allocation of 2016 Fish and Wildlife Propagation Fund grant funds in the amount of $1,400 to print and distribute 5,000 updated "Wildlife in Your Backyard" brochures.  (Maureen Parkes, Conservation and Development Department)
