4.   APPROVE the nominations of Kylan Patterson to the Community #4 seat and Robert Barnes to the Labor Involved in Training Programs seat to the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity to complete the unexpired term ending November 30, 2015 and November 30, 2014 respectively.

5.   RE-APPOINT Elizabeth Williams, to the Community Member Seat 1 to expire on November 30, 2014; Mark Pighin to Community Member Seat 3 to expire on November 30, 2016 , and Gerald Williams to the Disability Seat 1 to expire on November 30, 2016 for the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity (ACEEO). These members have served consecutive terms on the ACEEO and they bring a wealth of knowledge and guidance to the committee.

6.   Discussion:  Outreach Opportunities and Results
 
7.   The next Hiring Outreach Oversight Committee meeting is scheduled to be held on September 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m.
 

The Hiring Outreach Oversight Committee will provide reasonable accommodations for persons with disabilities planning to attend Hiring Outreach Oversight Committee meetings. Contact the staff person listed below at least 72 hours before the meeting.
Any disclosable public records related to an open session item on a regular meeting agenda and distributed by the County to a majority of members of the Hiring Outreach Oversight Committee less than 96 hours prior to that meeting are available for public inspection at 651 Pine Street, 3rd floor, during normal business hours.
