CONSIDER accepting the report from the Employment and Human Services Department regarding the challenges the department faces in fiscal year 2014/15 and forward it to the Board of Supervisors for informational purposes.(Kathy Gallagher, EHSD Director)

CONSIDER approving the staff recommendation to reallocate $7,277.11 in unspent FY 2013/14 CDBG funds to Shelter, Inc., increasing its FY 2014/15 allocation from $26,675 to $33,952.11, to provide homelessness prevention and rapid rehousing services to 10 additional households and forwarding the Committee's recommendations to the Board of Supervisors.
