RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2022/250 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close a portion of Canyon Lake Drive from Reservoir Street to the terminus, on July 4, 2022 from 3:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m., for the purpose of a public holiday event, Port Costa area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The partial road closure is necessary to facilitate the annual 4th of July event for the Port Costa Community. Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
