RECEIVE and APPROVE the Record of Action for the April 11, 2022 meeting of the Legislation Committee, with any necessary corrections.

ACCEPT the report on matters related to the FY 2022-23 State Budget and Legislation of Interest to the County, and provide direction to staff and the County's state lobbyists, as needed.

RECEIVE the report on Microenterprise Home Kitchen Operations and consider making a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors regarding whether the County should opt-in or not to allow their establishment in Contra Costa County.

CONSIDER providing a recommendation to the Board of Supervisors on AB 2627 (Bauer-Kahan) Electronically Collected Personal Information, as amended on June 23, 2022.

ACCEPT the report on federal legislation of interest and provide direction to staff and the County's federal lobbyist, as needed.
