FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Accept the resignation of Susan Frederick from the Advisory Council on Aging (ACOA or Council) Member at Large #20 Seat. She submitted her resignation to the ACOA, effective July 5, 2021. Ms. Frederick was appointed to the ACOA on August 14, 2012. That seat expires on September 30, 2022.

BACKGROUND: (CONT'D)
