RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/220 accepting completion of private improvements for development plan permit DP15-03040, for a project developed by Seaver Enterprises, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Developer Fees.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the private improvements per the Road Improvement Agreement and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of private improvements will not be accepted and the developer's cash security will not be released.
