RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/219 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for development plan permit DP15-03040, for a project being developed by Seaver Enterprises, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, North Richmond area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.  

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 36. This agreement would ensure the operation and maintenance of the stormwater facilities in accordance with the approved Stormwater Control Plan and approved Operation and Maintenance Plan for DP15-03040, which is located at 755 Brookside Drive in the North Richmond area.  




CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
