RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Rhoda Butler to the District 3 Alternate seat on First 5 Contra Costa Children and Families Commission to a term expiring August 16, 2023, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

BACKGROUND:

The Alternate seat has been vacant since September 2020. Applications were accepted and the recommendation to appoint the above individual was then determined.

The seat would remain vacant.
