RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Contract #77-299 with CEP America – AUC PC, a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, to provide wound care services for Contra Costa Health Plan (CCHP) Members, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2023.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This Contract is funded 100% by CCHP Enterprise Fund II.

BACKGROUND:

Under Contract #77-299, the Contractor will provide wound care services for CCHP Members, for the period August 1, 2020 through July 31, 2023.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this contract is not approved, certain specialized health care services for CCHP Members will not be provided.
