RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/189 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for subdivision SD17-09466, for a project being developed by AYM, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Pacheco area. (District V)  

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 64.

The agreement will not be recorded and the Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
