RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Position Adjustment Resolution No. 22498 to add one (1) Management Analyst (ADVB) (unrepresented) position at salary plan and grade B85 1434 ($5,827.01-$9,039.60) in the County Administrator's Office.

FISCAL IMPACT:

The total annual cost of the board action will be $115,600, with pension costs totaling $21,500. The cost will be covered by existing departmental appropriations.

BACKGROUND:

The requested action reflects the increased level of work for the County Administrator's Office and will allow for appropriate succession planning.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this action is not approved, the County Administrator's Office will not have appropriate staff to meet work demand.
