Referral History:

The Board of Supervisors referred updates on the activities of the Local Planning and Advisory Council for Early Care and Education (LPC) (formerly known as the Local Planning Council for Child Care and Development) to the Family and Human Services Committee (FHS) on January 17, 2006.

The last report was provided to the FHS on July 23, 2018.

Please see the attached report for an update on the FY 2018/19 activities and key accomplishments of the Local Planning Council as they relate to membership and funding of local child care and development planning in Contra Costa County.
