RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/506 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close Castle Glen Road between both intersections of Creekdale Road and Castle Glen Road, on August 6, 2019 from 5:30 PM through 9:00 PM, for the purpose of the 2^nd Annual National Night Out Neighborhood Block Party, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
