RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Contract #72-131 with Full Court Press Communications Incorporated, a corporation, in an amount not to exceed $300,000, to provide consulting, technical support and strategic planning for County’s CommunityConnect Program, for the period August 1, 2019 through February 28, 2021.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This contract is funded 100% by Whole Person Care funding.

BACKGROUND:

Under Contract #72-131, Contractor will provide consulting, technical support and strategic planning for County’s CommunityConnect program for the period August 1, 2019 through February 28, 2021.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this contract is not approved, the Health Services Department will not have access to Contractor’s services.
