RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County Contract #25–012–39 with The Center for Common Concerns, Inc. (dba HomeBase), a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $325,120, to provide consultation and technical assistance to the Department on the Continuum of Care planning and resource development, for the period from July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This contract is funded by 67% Housing Urban Development (HUD) and 33% Federal Medi-Cal Administrative Activities (MAA). (No rate increase)
BACKGROUND:
On September 11, 2018, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #25-012-38 with The Center for Common Concerns, Inc. (dba HomeBase), for the period from July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019 for the provision of consultation and technical assistance to the Department on the Continuum of Care planning and resource development, including grant-writing services for County’s McKinney-Vento application.
