ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/477 approving the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for subdivision SD14-09389, for a project being developed by Laurel Ranch III, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV)

No fiscal impact.
BACKGROUND:
The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for subdivision SD14-09389 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Final Map approval have been satisfied.
