RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/475 approving the Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement for subdivision SD14-09389, for a project being developed by Laurel Ranch III, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV)

No fiscal impact.




BACKGROUND:

The Stormwater Management Facilities Operation and Maintenance Agreement is required by Condition of Approval No. 53.  
  

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The agreement will not be recorded and the Contra Costa County may not be in full compliance with its National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and Stormwater Management Discharge Control Ordinance.
