ADOPT Resolution No. 2019/474 accepting, for recording purposes only, an Offer of Dedication for Road Purposes and Releasing of Abutter's Rights for subdivision SD14-09389, for a project being developed by Laurel Ranch III, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District IV)
