RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/256 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Silver Avenue, on July 29, 2017, from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m., for the purpose of a community block party, North Richmond area. (District I)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
