LLoyd Cowell is a Kensington resident of 16 years who is interested in serving his community, and has a background as an attorney including in business and civil matters. He also has training in alternative dispute resolution and mediation.

Supervisor Gioia advertises for District 1 advisory body members in a number of ways including through the media, his website, and newsletter. He interviews qualified, eligible candidates.
