RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/233 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close all of Rolph Street on July 16, 2017, from 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m., for the purpose of the 9^th Annual Sugartown Festival, Crockett area. (District V)

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
