RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2017/226 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Canyon Lake Drive, on July 4, 2017 from 4:00 p.m. through 10:00 p.m., for the purpose of the 4th of July parade and barbeque, Port Costa area. (District V)

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
