CONSIDER recommending to the Board of Supervisors a position of "Support" on SB 1107 (Hancock, Chiu): Political Reform Act of 1974, a bill that allows state and local governments to offer public campaign financing programs and limits the uses of campaign funds that are held by public officials who have been convicted of various public trust crimes.

The Committee voted unanimously to place SB 1107 on the Board of Supervisors’ meeting agenda for discussion with no recommendation from the Committee. |
