Referral History:

On December 6, 2011 the Board of Supervisors adopted Resolution No. 2011/497 adopting policy governing appointments to boards, committees, and commissions that are advisory to the Board of Supervisors. Included in this resolution was the requirement that applications for at large/countywide seats be reviewed by a Board of Supervisors sub-committee.

Referral Update:

Following a close review of applications and interviews with Ms. Alejandra Chamberlain, the Council on Homelessness is recommending her appointment to the Education and Vocational Services Representative Seat with a term expiring December 31, 2017.

RECOMMEND to the Board of Supervisors the appointment of Alejandra Chamberlain to the Education and Vocational Services Representative Seat on the Contra Costa Council on Homelessness with a term expiring December 31, 2017.
