RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/455 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by W.C. Maloney, Inc., for demolition of Assessor’s Parcel No. 409-080-013, also identified as 305 Chesley Avenue in Richmond, for the Heritage Point Redevelopment Project, as recommended by the Public Works Director. (Project No.:0676-6P4082)

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Successor Agency Funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as completed as of March 21, 2016, for Assessor’s Parcel No. 409-080-013, also identified as 305 Chesley Avenue in Richmond.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

W.C. Maloney, Inc., will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
