RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County, Novation Contract #28-556-21 with the City of Martinez, a government agency, to provide congregate meal services for the County’s Senior Nutrition Program, for the period from July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017. This Contract includes a three-month automatic extension through September 30, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Agency will pay County the voluntary contributions it receives from participating seniors, after it has paid its authorized expenses. No County funds are required.
