RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2016/425 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to partially close a portion of Fred Jackson Way between Market Ave and Chesley Ave, on July 4, 2016 from 9:00 AM through 3:00 PM, for the purpose of 4th of July parade and festival N. Richmond area. ( District I)

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
