RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/230 accepting completion of the offsite improvements for subdivision MS06-0038 (cross-reference encroachment permit EL14-31184), for a project being developed by Mark Scott, Inc., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the offsite improvements per encroachment permit EL14-31184, and in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
