RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPOINT Paula Wherity to the Appointee 3 seat on the Byron Municipal Advisory Council to a term expiring December 31, 2024, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Appointee 3 seat was vacated by the Board of Supervisors on February 22, 20200. Applications were accepted and the recommendation to appoint the above individual was then determined.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

This seat would be left vacant.
