RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the Treasurer’s Investment Policy for the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 as revised and adopted on May 17, 2022 by the Treasury Oversight Committee.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Pursuant to Government Code Section 27133, at the May 17, 2022 Treasury Oversight Committee meeting, the Committee approved and recommended the acceptance of the attached revised policy. The policy was amended to incorporate the changes made to the applicable laws, regulations, and/or existing practice. A copy of the Treasurer's Investment Policy dated June 2022 is submitted to the Board of Supervisors for review and acceptance.
