ADOPT Resolution No. 2021/188 accepting an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for subdivision SD16-09429, for a project being developed by Gloria Terrace, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Lafayette area. (District V)

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes is required per Condition of Approval No. 47.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes will not be recorded, and the subdivision's condition of approval will not be satisfied.
