RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the Appointee 3 seat on County Service Area, P-2A Citizens Advisory Committee previously held by Bruce Mabardy due to resignation and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recommended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Mr. Mabardy notified the District Office of his resignation on May 18, 2021 effective immediately.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Unable to recruit for a replacement.
