BACKGROUND:

In August 2020, the County Administrator approved and the Purchasing Services Manager executed Interagency Agreement #28-923 with City of Richmond, in an amount not to exceed $59,000, to provide homeless outreach and support services including disseminating of COVID-19 protection supplies and coordinate water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) activities that provide for portable toilet/handwashing to unsheltered individuals residing in homeless encampments in Richmond for the period from June 30, 2020 through June 30, 2021.

Approval of Amendment #28–923-1 will allow this contractor to provide additional homeless outreach services in Richmond through June 30, 2021.
