RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the resignation of Brenda Williams from Appointed Seat 5 of the East Richmond Heights Municipal Advisory Council. Please declare the seat vacant.

BACKGROUND:

Brenda Williams has been serving on the East Richmond Heights Municipal Advisory Council since its inception. She has decided to resign to focus on other commitments.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat would remain vacant and may impact the council's ability to have a quorum at meetings.
