RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2020/150 approving the Parcel Map and Subdivision Agreement for minor subdivision MS18-00006, for project being developed by Todd and Gina Vitzthum, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Diablo area. (District III)

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Department has reviewed the conditions of approval for minor subdivision MS18-00006 and has determined that all conditions of approval for Parcel Map approval have been satisfied.
