RECOMMENDATION(S):

RECEIVE Civil Grand Jury Report No. 1907, entitled "Stormwater Trash Reduction" (attached), and REFER the report to the County Administrator and Public Works Director/Chief Engineer for response.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

On May 23, 2019, the 2018/19 Civil Grand Jury filed the above referenced report, attached. This action alerts the Board of Supervisors that the report has been received and directs appropriate staff to review the report, provide the Board of Supervisors with an appropriate response, and forward the Board's approved response to the Superior Court no later than August 21, 2019.
